MSTS is actively seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience supervising civil construction projects and a superintendent with underground improvement experience. As a Superintendent, you will be expected to model company values and to supervise bargaining employee resources effectively and efficiently. Superintendents are responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising craft employee activities, and training. This may involve supervising one or more trade groups on the project sites. An Ability to clearly communicate both oral and written with craft, managers, customers, and vendors is a key responsibility for this position. You will work closely with your construction Managers regarding all project activities.
