Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) manages and operates the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). The NNSS has an opportunity for a strong accounting professional of the CFO organization, and upholding business relationships with the National Nuclear Security Administration is imperative. Achievement in satisfying Government Compliance responsibilities and initiatives, while the company experiences significant growth in its National Security mission will be the focal point in the work performed. Your position will have a direct impact on the success of the company and will have a significant impact on achieving and maintaining compliance across various directorates.
Key Responsibilities
Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or other business-related field and at least 5 years’ of professional level experience, which has provided a broad practical knowledge, preferably related to a government contractor environment, or equivalent training and experience.
Must possess good analytical skills.
Must possess good oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of MSTS staff and management, auditors and Department of Energy personnel in a tactful and professional manner.
Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively deal with frequent interruptions, changing priorities and multiple tasks. Must work well in a team problem-solving environment and demonstrate initiative. Must have knowledge of software applications, such as Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of Oracle EBS and advanced Excel is desirable.

Annual salary range for this position is $77,001.60 - $115,502.40.
Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
