The Information Technology Directorate is looking for a high-performing individual to join our team as a Systems Administrator (Infrastructure Analyst II). |   | Key Responsibilities | - Manage and maintain the Server Operating Systems on classified, unclassified and Azure cloud networks. | - Coordinate patching efforts and remediate cyber vulnerabilities within server systems per established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). | - Support account provisioning and management activities in classified and unclassified environments to ensure compliance with all requirements. | - Assist in writing security plans, performing certification and accreditation tests to validate security policies are in place. | - Collaborate with more experienced technical personnel on medium and high complexity projects to design, install, implement new or modify existing systems. | - Utilize PowerShell, Ansible, and other automation technologies to improve processes and reduce support efforts. | - Support deployment of projects including racking all varieties of hardware, cabling, and OS. | - Engineer solutions in response to support requests and for improving internal processes and procedures. | - Report Key Performance Indicators, including capacity planning, system health. | - Create knowledge articles and other supporting documentation as needed. | - Participate in problem management and root cause analysis as needed. | - Resolve service desk tickets as assigned and maintain 24x7 availability for monitoring of enterprise systems as required. | - Serve as an escalation resource to Help Desk for resolving escalated tickets. | - Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
