    MSTS is a limited liability company consisting of Honeywell International Inc. (Honeywell), Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (Jacobs), and Stoller Newport News Nuclear, Inc. (SN3).



    • Serve as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst for the Emergency Communications Network (ECN) Program in Forrestal Building, Washington D.C.
    • Responsible for supporting ECN programs and projects.
    • Will manage and assist with the installation, operation and maintenance of the network infrastructure equipment including Telephone Call Manager, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Mobile Kits, CISCO routers, and switches.
    • Will assist with the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Video Conference systems, network infrastructure equipment including CISCO routers, switches and Communications Managers.
    • Assit with diagnostics, troubleshooting, reconfiguration, service restoration and tracking as required.
    • Support national emergency response groups’ emergency response drills, exercises, and real world events through on-call availability and travel via commercial and military aircraft when required.
    • Contribute in a team environment to evaluate new technologies provide technical troubleshooting support, and provide recommendations for the direction of future LAN/WAN Client Server environments.
    • Travel as part of an installation or restoration team when directed and participate as a deployed member of the National Emergency Response Groups when required.
    • Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement.
    • Perform related work as assigned by supervisor. 


    Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with at least 5 years’ of related experience.
    • Knowledge of technical principles, theories, standards, practices and procedures. 
    • Experience in communications, IT, Video, Audio or related discipline in Telephony, Video Conferencing, Audio Visual, or Communications Networks. 
    • Provide IT support for Network systems, including the maintenance of systems
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements
    •  Assume responsibility for complete lifecycle of infrastructure systems including but not restricted to input to assessment of design, builds, post installation support, and deployments.
    • Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
    • Must have current driver's license.

    Department of Energy Q Clearance (position will be cleared to this level). Reviews and tests for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR Part 707.4, “Workplace Substance Abuse Programs at DOE Sites,” will be conducted. Applicant selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation, and subsequent reinvestigations, and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified matter. Successful completion of a counterintelligence evaluation, which may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination, may also be required. Reference 10 CFR Part 709, “Counterintelligence Evaluation Program.”


    Eligibility Requirements – To obtain a clearance, an individual must be a U.S. citizen at least 18 years of age. Reference DOE Order 472.2, “Personnel Security.”
