MSTS is a limited liability company consisting of Honeywell International Inc. (Honeywell), Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (Jacobs), and Stoller Newport News Nuclear, Inc. (SN3).
We are looking for an individual that has an excellent working knowledge of CAD design programs. Our primary focus is an individual who can manipulate Microstation and AutoCAD/Revit design software. This position will require the use of these software packages to create design drawings for construction projects as well as creation and modification of 3D models of systems and structures used to create the design drawings. This position would also provide opportunities to utilize 3D scanners to create point clouds for use in 3D models, video fly thru, and other rendering for planning purposes. Experience in 3D modeling is highly desirable. You will be working directly with engineers and project engineers to create design packages. If you are able to work multiple projects, maintain a high level of detail, work well with technical people, adapt to project demands, and are able to complete work load with little oversight then we look forward to reviewing your application.

Department of Energy Q Clearance (position will be cleared to this level). Reviews and tests for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR Part 707.4, “Workplace Substance Abuse Programs at DOE Sites,” will be conducted. Applicant selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation, and subsequent reinvestigations, and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified matter. Successful completion of a counterintelligence evaluation, which may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination, may also be required. Reference 10 CFR Part 709, “Counterintelligence Evaluation Program.
Eligibility Requirements – To obtain a clearance, an individual must be a U.S. citizen at least 18 years of age. Reference DOE Order 472.2, “Personnel Security.”
