The Strategic Development Program Manager reports directly to the Strategy Development Manager at Mission Support and Test Services (MSTS), LLC. The Strategy Development Department is responsible to the MSTS Strategic Initiatives Director under the Senior Director of Program Integration.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of functions including, but not limited to: managing, assessing, defining, and measuring processes designed to improve our customer and partner experiences and relationships; managing strategic small business subcontracts, acting as the Subcontract Technical Representative (STR), and defining taskings; manage and lead requirements review processes and forums, both internal and with our Nevada Field Office (NFO) partners; and identify and lead white paper and business case development projects as well as other strategic initiatives as they are identified.
